Remembrance services took place across in Potters Bar to honour members of the armed forces who have died in conflicts.

Potters Bar scouts attended services across Potters Bar to mark Remembrance Sunday. Scouts paid respect to those who have fought in conflicts past and present, including at events at St Mary’s, the War Memorial at Oakmere Park, in South Mimms attended by Explorers and a service at Northaw attended by Northaw and Cuffley groups.

5th Potters Bar Leader Chris Brunning said “It’s wonderful to see our young people marking the sacrifices of those who gave so much on our behalf. Remembrance Sunday continues to be an important event in the scouting calendar”.
