The District was very pleased to welcome scout leaders from our Twin Towns during the weekend of 23/24 February 2019.
The visit, in advance of the Twin Town Camp this summer, included fishing, a sightseeing trip into London, a trip to a local independent brewery and much healthy discussion concerning arrangements for the Camp. The visit culminated in a dinner at the 5th Potters Bar Scout HQ, attended by District and County representatives and a number of Explorers from the Phoenix Unit.
