This role holds the title of District Lead Volunteer (DLV) and acts as a manager, supporting other volunteers to ensure the District runs effectively and provides quality Scouting to more and more young people in Potters Bar and the surrounding area. This role would be great for an individual, but it could also work well as a role share with a team of 2 or 3 people.
In a nutshell, the DLV would:
